GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
You may pay with either credit or debit cards. Mollie, Stripe, Paypal services manages all of our banking transactions. I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels does not store any credit card numbers.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: , , , , , , , and the .
- Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on . Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
All sales prices mentioned on this website include taxes, exclusive of the shipping costs. The shipping costs are determined during the buying process and communicated to the User, subject to the type of product, the total amount of purchased products and the chosen shipping method by the User. The final price total is in Euro and explicitly and clearly stated before the User confirms its purchase. The published price only refers to the written description of the products. The matching pictures are used purely as illustrations and can contain elements that are not included in the price. I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels has the right to change certain prices, including the shipping costs, at any moment whichever the motive, although there is an engagement to apply the published prices at the moment of the purchase by the User. Items that are in sale are non refundable. They can be exchanged for a voucher or another jewel.
ORDERS NOT FULFILLED
Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site. We apologize for any disappointment, but we will contact you to see if you would like a substitution or just a cancellation. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.
Every visible damage and/or qualitative impairment of a product or other problems with for example the delivery has to be reported immediately, with the risk of losing any right, to the customer service department at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org.
After contacting the I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels' customer service, you must first turn to the complaints service of BeCommerce before taking further steps. BeCommerce handles consumer complaints on the condition that they have first attempted to contact I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels' customer service. It is important that you, as a customer, carefully check your goods/products when you receive your shipment, to check that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged during transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you should report this to the carrier as soon as possible. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the item you ordered, please also contact us within 2 months of receiving the product. Any complaints will be submitted to our customer service via our contact form on the contact page. Please provide the order number and the reason for the complaint and we will contact you as soon as possible. The same applies to returns. Defective products returned to I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewelry must be treated as if they were flawless. With all types of returns it is extremely important that the product is packed in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport. I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item is no longer available, the customer will receive a full refund. In case a returned product has no errors or defects, I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels will return the product to the customer.
LEGAL WARRANTY FOR CUSTOMERS
Under the Act of 1 September 2004 on the protection of consumers with regard to the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. Each article is subject to the legal warranty of 2 years from delivery to the consumer. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.
The consumer can return the defective good free of charge to I.Ma.Gi.N Jewels when the legal warranty is legitimately invoked. However, the consumer must inform I.Ma.Gi.N Jewels within a period of 2 months after the defect has been established, preferably by contacting customer service by e-mail: email@example.com. Failure to do so will invalidate the aforementioned statutory warranty. In order to be able to make a claim under the guarantee, customers must be able to show proof of purchase.
The (commercial and/or legal) warranty is never valid for defects caused by accidents, negligence, falls, abnormal or incorrect use, use of the article for other purposes for which it is intended, changes or modifications to the article, hard use, poor maintenance. It also does not apply to items with a shorter lifespan.
The content of this site, including text, logos, images, data and software, is the exclusive property of I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels and is protected by all applicable laws. Photos and all other images may not be reproduced, sent or printed for commercial purposes. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer from the moment he/she takes physical possession of the goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case you want to cancel your purchase, you must do so within fourteen calendar days after the day of delivery of your order. Notify I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels in writing of your decision to cancel the purchase.

We provide a 14 day return window for all orders in the following assumptions, whenever it is not related to a personalized defected item:
- I chose the wrong size and I’d like to change it
- The product is not what I expected, and I’d like to return it or exchange it with another one
- I received my order in poor conditions
Engraved & made-to-order pieces are final sale and therefor not refundable.
Items that are bought in sale are non refundable. They can be exchanged for a voucher or another jewel.
Products that will be exchanged or returned must be in perfect conditions and show no evident signs of being used. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
The time window in which you can exchange or return an item lasts 14 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.
Exceptions: Orders placed from the 1st of December can be exchanged or returned until January 14th.
Refunds can only be requested within 14 days after receiving your order.
After the package arrives at our HQ you will receive a confirmation email, informing you that the amount will be sent to your account. You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. This can take up to 14 business days.
REPRODUCTION OR DUPLICATION
I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels gives you access to use the site, but prohibits downloading content, information, images, logos, text, tags or coding on the site. If you do so, it constitutes a violation of the general terms and conditions of this site.

SHIPPING COST AND TIME
The shipping time in Belgium is around 1 to 2 business days. I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels will execute accepted orders at the latest within 30 days unless a longer delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order can not or only partially be carried out, the consumer will receive a message at the latest one month after the order was placed. In that case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge, to request an equivalent replacement product, or to obtain any compensation.
The shipping time for international depends on the country of destination. All deliveries are traceable.
APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
The Belgian law is applicable, with exception of the Terms of the International Privacy law about applicable law and with the regulations of Rome on international sales agreements regarding goods. If eventual conflicts the courts of Antwerp (Belgium) are solely competent. These Terms and Conditions are not applicable to purchases through other points of distribution than the webshop www.imaginjewels.com
