PROFILE
I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels is looking for an ambitious student who wants to contribute to the growth of our company and bring the unique I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels experience to every customer - online and offline. You will help the logistics and customer service manager to run operations smoothly during our busiest time of the year. 
1. PROFILE
  • Available 12 hours per week from 22 november until 24 december with possibility for extension in the future. 
  • You are strongly customer oriented - the customer comes first!
  • You are hands on and are able to multi-task 
  • You are detail-oriented and precise
  • You have great communication skills  
  • Knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
2. DESCRIPTION
  • You will help with the fulfillment of orders for our e-commerce website. This includes ensuring the correct products are packed according to our I.Ma.Gi.N. standards. 
  • You assist the customer relation manager with customer service tasks such as assisting the customers via phone or chat. 
  • You are a team player and can work together with the entire retail team from a distance.
